Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) in Oslo

Yes! You don’t need any experience to start. We have a class designed specifically for new beginners: our free Intro Lesson ensures that everyone enters a regular class comfortably and with a basic understanding of Jiu Jitsu.

Comfortable training clothes work fine: T-shirt and shorts/leggings. If you already own a gi or rashguard, feel free to bring it.

No booking needed — if you’re completely new, just show up and sign in at the gym.
Once you become a member, you’ll use our member app to book your classes and keep track of the schedule.

Yes! You can simply show up for a free trial class and we’ll help you get started.
If you prefer, you can also download our member app and select trial class to register in advance.

We’re located at Trondheimsveien 137, right by Carl Berners plass in Oslo. It’s easy to reach us by metro, tram, or bus.
